A freak accident has taken place in the Ogba area of the commercial capital of Nigeria, Lagos State.

The accident scene

There have been a road accident at Oke-Ira, Powerline Junction, Ogba, Lagos involving a Toyota Corrolla vehicle.

The accident happened at 7:30am this morning. The cause of the mishap remains unknown. From all indications, it seems the car veered off the road and landed in a ditch.

The casualty rate remains unknown but the private car was heavily mangled.
